DEWR Appoints New Head of Skills and Training

The Department of Education and Workplace Relations (DEWR) recently announced the appointment of Anna Faithfull as the new Deputy Secretary for Skills and Training. This is an exciting development for the department, as Ms Faithfull brings with her a wealth of experience and expertise.

Ms Faithfull has previously held senior positions in public and private sectors, including Senior Client Partner with the global technology consulting firm Publicis Sapient. She has also served as Deputy Secretary at the Department of Justice and Community Safety in Victoria and NDIS, Executive Director, Family Violence and Social Service Reform in Victoria’s Department of Premier and Cabinet.

In addition, Ms Faithfull has headed the advisory practice and employment venture at Social Ventures Australia. With her extensive experience and impressive track record, she is a highly qualified and capable candidate for the role of Deputy Secretary for Skills and Training.

Ms Faithfull takes over from Nadine Williams, who left the position to move to the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet earlier this year.
