Bea Montenegro is a Development Project Manager with a strong foundation in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector. She works with the teams behind Compliant Learning Resources, overseeing the development and continuous improvement of training materials used by registered training organisations (RTOs) across Australia.

Building on that foundation, Bea transitioned into project coordination and management, where she now leads development workflows, supports cross-functional teams, and ensures that projects are delivered to a high standard and on schedule. Her dual background in instructional design and project management gives her a unique perspective, allowing her to bridge the gap between content development and operational delivery with confidence.
