Have had a very positive experience with this RTO resource company. In particular, Anthony himself was very professional while also personable, and he was very adept at answering my questions and providing samples of the product. The purchasing process was a little slow in comparison, but one progress enquiry to Andrew and the resources were sent through the same day. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is their practice of offering inducements for reviews; a 25-dollar Westfield voucher bribe was unnecessary to get me to leave a review. It may be a harsh reason for omitting a star, but in order to be perfect you must be.... well, perfect.

I think the resources from Compliant Learning are excellent. The assessments address the assessment requirements and criteria. They are easy to read and customise and have easy to follow instructions. The learning material is comprehensive, but to the point. I have used Compliant Learning resources for Business, Community Services, Financial Services and Travel. I find the customer service excellent and the response time to emails is practically immediate. I have very good relationship with the team, especially Anthony, who is very supportive. We will continue to purchase the resources, as they are high quality, reasonably priced and the customer service is friendly and efficient
