Regine Muñoz is a Resource Development Manager, bringing over 15 years of experience in educational publishing and vocational education and training (VET). She works across multiple teams, providing strategic leadership and end-to-end oversight of training and assessment materials used by registered training organisations (RTOs) across Australia.
Regine’s path into the VET sector grew out of a background in educational publishing, where years of copy editing and content development gave her a sharp eye for accuracy, consistency, and content integrity. She carried those standards into instructional design, where she developed and validated assessment tools across qualifications in Work Health and Safety, Education Support, and Community Services—building a hands-on understanding of compliance, unit mapping, and what makes a resource genuinely fit for purpose.
From there, Regine stepped into senior project management and, eventually, department leadership—a natural evolution for someone who had already built expertise on both sides of the content equation. She now directs the full production lifecycle across multiple brands, from initial scoping through to final quality assurance, bringing the same attention to detail she developed in publishing to the scale and complexity of enterprise-level VET resource development.
Regine’s core competencies include:
Precise, collaborative, and deeply invested in the integrity of every product her team produces, Regine ensures that resources are both audit-ready and genuinely useful for trainers and learners across Australia.
