With a background in psychology, counselling, and education, she brings a thoughtful, learner-centred perspective to creating vocational training resources for registered training organisations (RTOs) across Australia.
Rei’s path into instructional design began with her work in guidance counselling, where she created learning modules, wrote educational materials, interpreted psychological testing results, and supported students, staff, and administrators through structured development programs.
