In particular, Anthony himself was very professional while also personable, and he was very adept at answering my questions and providing samples of the product. The purchasing process was a little slow in comparison, but one progress enquiry to Andrew and the resources were sent through the same day. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is their practice of offering inducements for reviews; a 25-dollar Westfield voucher bribe was unnecessary to get me to leave a review.
